Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By placing an order with So Stella Online you acknowledge you have read and agree to the policies outlined below.

Return and Exchange Policy

Please note if you wish to Return or Exchange an item/s due to change of mind you must notify ‘So Stella’ via email: enquiries@sostella.com.au within 7 days of accepting delivery of product.

Customers wishing to RETURN/EXCHANGE their So Stella purchase must ensure the below:    
  • “Proof of purchase” in the form of either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from ‘So Stella’.
  • Returned/ exchanged item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging.
  • ‘So Stella’ must receive Returned/ Exchanged item/s within 7days of email notification.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipment of the item/s to ‘So Stella’
  •  Upon receipt of the item/s by ‘So Stella’, ‘So Stella’ will proceed with the inspection of item/s and reserves the right to decline any item/s wishing to be returned/ exchanged if inspection has failed.
  • If returned/ exchanged item/s has failed inspection. You (the customer) will be notified by email and item/s will be shipped back to You (the customer) at your own expense. So Stella processes the right to decline any item/s return/ exchange if not in original condition in which item/s was purchased.
  • Once returned/ exchanged item/s have passed inspection You (the customer) will be notified by email.
  • refunded amount (less any additional shipping costs) will be credited back to the credit card, account or pay pal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7 days from email confirmation for account to be credited.
  • If exchanged item/s has passed inspection, You (the customer) will be notified by email and will receive an exchange credit code for the amount spent on exchanged item. Credit code is valid for 30 days starting from date you receive it.
  • Please note if You (the customer) wish to exchange your So Stella item/s for the same item/s, this is subject to availability of that item. 

Faulty Item/s Policy 

All ‘So Stella’ garments are thoroughly checked for faults before they are packaged and shipped but in the event that you receive a faulty item, we will gladly exchange or refund for you.

Customers must ensure the below:
          
Please notify ‘So Stella’ via email: enquiries@sostella.com.au within 2 days of accepting delivery of item/s and arrange return of item/s to ‘So Stella’ within 7days of notification.          
  • ‘So Stella’ will pay for all shipping costs on return of faulty goods.           
  • You must send “Proof of purchase” in the form of either an invoice, bank statement or email confirmation from ‘So Stella’ with your parcel. 
  • Faulty item must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed with all tags attached and in original packaging.           
  • Refunded amount (including any additional shipping costs) will be credited back to the credit card, account or pay pal account that was used to make the original purchase. Please allow 7 days from email confirmation for account to be credited.          
  • If exchanging faulty item/s You (the customer) will receive an exchange credit code for the amount spent on exchanged item. Credit code is valid for 30 days starting from date you receive it.
Tailor Made Policy        
  • Please note additional fees may apply to a 'Tailor Made' item.         
  • There is NO refund or exchange on any 'Tailor Made' order.      
  • All payments (including Postage and Handling) for a 'Tailor Made' item are to be made in full before production commences. 
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks for all 'Tailor Made' garment/s to be finalised.      
  • Once 'Tailor Made' garment/s are finalised they will be sent via Australia registered post. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.  
  • 'Tailor Made' orders are made only with fabrics used by ‘So Stella’.           
  • Fabrics and colours are seasonal and subject to availability.
Gift Voucher Policy

‘So Stella’ gift vouchers are sold subject to the following terms and conditions:  
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
  • Gift Vouchers are non transferable and may not be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Items brought with a gift voucher are not refundable for cash but a store credit voucher will be issued.
  • If your order total is less than the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance will be stored so you are able to spend it at a later date (please note credit is valid for 12mths only).
  • If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by customer through payment options available at checkout.
  • Gift Vouchers will be emailed to the recipient once the full order has been processed and payment has been taken.
  • ‘So Stella’ is not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
  • ‘So Stella’ reserves the right to cancel a Gift Voucher if we deem such action necessary.
  • Promotion codes cannot be applied to the purchase of Gift Vouchers.
  • GST is applicable on any products purchased with a ‘So Stella’ Gift Vouchers.
Promotional Codes Policy
 
Promotional codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as payment is received. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will incur a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you wish to return your order once you have received it, please follow our Returns and Exchange policy above.  

Pricing Policy

All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax). GST is automatically removed for international orders at checkout.    


Shipment and Delivery within Australia

‘So Stella’ can ship anywhere within Australia and will arrange parcel dispatch within 48hrs of finalised order. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. There are 3 shipping options available to Australian shoppers through Australia post:  
  1. Regular post- please allow 2-7 working days for delivery. If you choose this shipping option ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for the delivery of your parcel. 
  2. Express post- delivery is guaranteed within the Express Post networks on the next business day. Please note if you choose this shipping option ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for the delivery of your parcel.
  3. Registered post- provides an added level of security when sending items of value. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. ‘So Stella’ prefers customers to use this shipping option.  
Standard Registered Post service offers:
  • proof of posting when lodged at an Australia Post retail outlet.
  • Each post satchel has its own identification number so the parcel can be tracked at all times.       
  • A signature obtained on delivery and or collection to prove parcel was delivered to intended recipient.
  • compensation for loss or damage of up to $100.
Shipment and Delivery outside Australia

‘So Stella’ will arrange parcel dispatch within 48hrs of finalised order. 
Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. All International postage charges are GST free. There are 3 shipping options available to International shoppers through Australia post:  
  1. Airmail- please allow 3-10 working days for delivery. May take longer due to customs clearance. Please note you are unable to track your parcel once it has been sent. If you choose this shipping option ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for the delivery of your parcel. 
  2. Express post- please allow 3-7 working days. May take longer due to customs clearance. This service allows international customers to track their order online through Australia post. Please note this is not possible for specific countries. If you choose this shipping option ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for the delivery of your parcel. 
  3. Express Courier International (ECI). Please allow 2-4 working days. May take longer due to customs clearance. ECI is a very efficient and reliable, door to door courier delivery service. This service allows international customers to track their order online through Australia post. Please note this is not possible for specific countries.

Parcels may be subject to customs clearance and all International orders may be subject to local Duties and Tax charges. These charges are different for each country, so please contact your local 'Customs Department' if you are unsure of what charges may apply to you. ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for any extra charges that may occur after your order has left Australia.  

Damaged Parcels

Please note ‘So Stella’ is not responsible for items that are damaged in transit as we ensure all garments are thoroughly inspected for faults and package with extreme care. 

Colour

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on ‘So Stella’. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
